Nice to meet you! I’m Julia, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, (Sports) Nutrition Coach and Yoga Teacher from Berlin, Germany, based in South Devon, UK.

For more than 14 years, I’m supporting people in group classes and Personal Trainings to enjoy training, improve well-being and reach their goals. My coaching is based on a functional and holistic approach that integrates all sports-motor-abilities with a mindful way of breathing and moving. Since 2021 I’m also teaching Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style focusing on synchronization of breath, movement and mental concentration.

I train, practice and teach based on the experience, that learning to listen to your body as well as discipline and commitment, applied joyfully to a structured, yet individualized program are the key to development and success.
